If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the approval of your parent or legal guardian to participate in the Sweepstakes. SKYLINE may ask you, at any time, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if applicable. SKYLINE may exclude any participant who is unable to provide us with such proof. SKYLINE employees are not eligible to participate.
DRAW DATE
The Sweepstakes will start and close on the dates specified on the SKYLINE website and/or social media. Entries will not be allowed after the closing date.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The Sweepstakes announcement on social networks will explain the participation procedure. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes. Only one entry per person will be accepted, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
WINNERS
Winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winners will be notified through the official SKYLINE accounts. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours, SKYLINE reserves the right to withdraw the prize from said winner and choose a replacement winner. SKYLINE's decision with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes will be final and not subject to review or appeal by any entrant or any third party.
PRIZE
The promotional prize will be the SKYLINE product as indicated in the Sweepstakes announcement. The prize is as indicated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize for one of equivalent value without notice.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to every country in the world, only the country or countries where we have published the giveaway.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Each winner agrees that by entering a Sweepstakes, CLUSE may disclose the winner's name and social media account name without further approval, including posting on a winners list, Instagram and/or SKYLINE TikTok post. , Instagram and/or TikTok stories or the Newsletter.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint regarding the Sweepstakes must be submitted in writing to info@watchskyline.com, within 3 days of the Sweepstakes closing date. SKYLINE will handle complaints as soon as reasonably possible.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless SKYLINE, its legal representatives, their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages suffered or sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes or prize acceptance.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
SKYLINE reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and such change will be effective immediately upon posting.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
The Draws and these General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
