Shipping
We send orders by transport company with home delivery, 24-48 business days, mainland Spain, 3-4 days, islands and other EU countries, except for transport incidents, there could be a delay.
Please note: For orders shipped to an address outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that SKYLINE has no control over these charges and since these charges are different for different countries, SKYLINE cannot predict their amount.
If the shipping data entered is wrong or lacks information, your order may be delayed or returned to the origin, the expenses incurred are borne by the customer.
You have 15 days after your purchase to exchange an item in our online store with available stock. Only unused products, with their original packaging and label, can be exchanged.
