Damaged or incorrect products

In the event of a damaged product or in the event that a different product has been delivered to the one you purchased, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

The return costs will be borne by us in the event that a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered to you.

If the shipping data entered is wrong or lacks information, your order may be delayed or returned to the origin, the expenses incurred are borne by the customer.

You have 15 days after your purchase to change an item or return it in our online store with available stock. Only unused products, with their original packaging and label, are allowed to be exchanged or returned.

Before making a return, please contact info@watchskyline.com and indicate the reason.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

SKYLINE's warranty policy is for a period of two (2) years on watches. Warranties ensure that products meet standards for usability, reliability, and durability.

The guarantees do not apply in case of:

• Theft or loss;

• Intentional damage;

• Damage as a result of improper use, such as scratches, bumps or drops;

• Normal wear or aging of the materials used

• Damage as a result of careless care.

The guarantee of a watch refers to the movement and not to other parts such as the battery, the crystal or the strap. Visible traces of wear on the watch should be considered as normal effects of use. The effects of perspiration on the strap differ from person to person due to differences in acidity.

If SKYLINE watches are water resistant to 3ATM: this means that the watch is protected against small splashes of water. 3 ATM water resistant SKYLINE watches cannot be worn while showering, bathing, swimming or diving. SKYLINE watches should not be exposed to more than small splashes of water or chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics and cleaning products.

You acknowledge and agree that SKYLINE jewelry is fragile and will break if not handled with care. The jewelry guarantee only refers to demonstrable production errors. SKYLINE jewelery should not be exposed to water or chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics and cleaning products as they may discolour.

Warranties no longer apply in the event that a third party performs repair work or other work on the product, without SKYLINE's prior written permission.

In the event that a valid warranty claim can be made, the return costs will be paid by us. If our guarantee does not apply, the return costs will be at your expense.

SERVICE OF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS

• The repair service is currently limited to glass repair and replacement. Simple repairs, such as battery replacement, watch strap pin replacement, or watch strap replacement, can be done at a watch or jewelry store, provided that service is offered by that retailer or through of us.

• You will receive an estimate for the repair when you contact our customer service. We ask that you describe the relevant product, send an image of the relevant product by email to info@watchskyline.com and provide your name, phone number, delivery address and your email address.

• In the event that you wish to proceed with the repair, confirm this by paying for the repair through a payment gateway that will be provided to you by email.

• Along with payment, you will be provided with a pre-addressed return label to our fulfillment center. Please print the return label and affix it to your package before sending the product back to us.

• You understand and acknowledge that the risk and costs associated with shipping the product for repair to SKYLINE and all costs related to the repair service will be borne by you. Said costs also include the costs of shipping the product destined for repair.
